These Terms govern use of the Nexia Health Partners internal executive portal and its software integrations (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Nexia Health Partners for use by its authorized executives, employees, and contractors only.

1. Authorized use

The Service is a private, internal business tool. Access is limited to authorized Nexia personnel via individual credentials. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate Nexia business purposes and to keep your credentials confidential.

2. Connected accounts

The Service connects, with authorization, to business platforms used by Nexia (including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Square, and others) to retrieve Nexia's own business data. You represent that you are authorized to connect any account you link to the Service.

3. License

Nexia grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes. All rights in the Service remain with Nexia.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data outside your authorization, or use the Service to violate any law or third-party platform's terms.

5. Disclaimer & limitation

The Service is provided "as is" for internal administrative convenience. Financial figures surfaced by the Service may lag source systems and should be confirmed against the system of record before relying on them for decisions.

6. Termination

Nexia may suspend or revoke access at any time. Connected-platform access may be disconnected at any time, which removes the stored access tokens for that platform.
